Quiet trust
Farm-origin ingredients with strong natural aroma, packed in smaller batches and shipped fresh across India.

A simpler way
We lean toward whole spices wherever possible, so the aroma stays in the ingredient until your kitchen wakes it up.
We buy closer to farms and keep the route cleaner, so the ingredient story stays clear from source to shelf.
Smaller packing cycles help preserve the smell, oils, and fullness that make a spice feel alive in the pan.
A few useful answers
Short answers on sourcing, freshness, delivery, and storage.
Most of our core spices come from the Idukki side of Kerala, including Rajakumari. That cooler hill climate helps pepper, cardamom, and cloves hold fuller aroma and flavor.
We favor whole spices, smaller packing cycles, and a shorter route from source to kitchen. That helps keep natural oils and aroma intact. We do not add artificial colors, fillers, or preservatives.
Most orders across India arrive in 4 to 5 working days. Orders above ₹649 ship free. If you need help, you can track the order from your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
8mm pods are larger, usually carry fuller seeds, and give a stronger aroma in chai, sweets, and everyday cooking. Smaller 7mm pods are more common in the retail market.
Keep them in an airtight jar away from heat, steam, and direct light. A cool kitchen cabinet works well. Whole spices stay fresher longer when they are not stored near the stove.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp (+91 88482 65849) or email at purelevenexim@gmail.com. We will sort out a replacement or refund.
Start with the ingredients you use most: fresh pepper, real cardamom, warming cloves, raw honey, and everyday kitchen staples from Kerala.
Many grow in misty hill regions where slower cycles help hold aroma and natural oils. The difference shows up as soon as the spice hits heat.
