Freshly Roasted and Ground — Naadan Kerala Coffee from Adimali
'Naadan' means village-style, traditional. This coffee is exactly that: grown the way Kerala has cultivated coffee for centuries, roasted in small batches, ground to order for maximum freshness. Medium-roasted Robusta from Adimali, Idukki District — bold body, earthy notes, naturally smooth.
Why Adimali Coffee?
Adimali sits at 1,200–1,600 meters elevation. Misty mornings and cool temperatures allow coffee plants to mature slowly — denser beans, more flavor compounds. This Robusta is smooth and less bitter than typical Robusta, with notes of earth, cocoa, and a hint of warm spice. Roasted fresh within 48 hours of shipment.
