Refund policy
We offer a 3-day free return policy for all orders shipped within India.
Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products in their original, unused condition.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@pureleven.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is completely free.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.
Return Method
Returns are processed by mail only. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. No restocking fee is applied.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, partially used, or returned after 3 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@pureleven.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
