How do you like your cup?
- Boil 1 cup water with 1 tsp tea
- Add milk, bring to a boil
- Simmer 30 seconds, strain
- Boil 1 cup water
- Add 1 tsp tea, steep 3-4 minutes
- Strain and serve
- Add 2 tbsp coffee to the filter
- Pour hot water slowly, let it drip
- Mix decoction with hot milk to taste

Which is the best tea powder for kadak chai?
Premium Milk Tea Powder is selected specifically for strong, flavourful milk tea — it gives the colour, taste and aroma that makes a proper kadak chai. It works equally well for everyday chai patti.
What is BOP tea? How is it different from dust tea?
BOP stands for Broken Orange Pekoe — a CTC broken-leaf grade that brews a brighter, cleaner cup than dust grades (like SRD). It gives more body and colour than dust with less bitterness. Our Premium Black Tea Granules are BOP grade, ideal for black tea and lighter milk tea.
Is the filter coffee chicory-free?
Yes — Naadan Kerala Coffee is pure Robusta with no chicory added. It is ground for South Indian filter preparation. If you prefer a chicory blend (degree coffee / hotel style), that is a separate formulation we may add later.
