What to do with it
Each pack brews differently. Start with the milk tea for everyday chai, keep the orange pekoe for afternoons without milk, and use the honey wherever sugar would have gone.
Milk tea, every morning
2 tsp in 1 cup water, brew 2 min, add 1 cup milk, simmer 4–5 min.
Orange pekoe, afternoons
1 tsp per cup at 95°C for 3–4 min. Drink it black — milk buries the florals.
Coffee, as decoction
1 part coffee to 5 parts water in a filter, then cut with hot milk.
Honey, off the heat
Stir in once the cup is warm rather than boiling, so the enzymes survive.
Made to compare
Brew each at the same strength for a week and you will know which one you actually reach for — cheaper than committing to a full pack first.
Store them apart
Tea takes on smells fast. Keep each pack sealed and away from the honey and the coffee.
