Products

All products are natural food items sourced from Kerala. Product descriptions, weights, and images are as accurate as possible. Minor natural variations in colour, aroma, and texture are inherent to unprocessed food products and are not grounds for return beyond our standard return policy.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if pricing errors occur — in such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via India Post Speed Post. Estimated delivery is 4–7 days after dispatch. See our full Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day no-questions return policy. See our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of return confirmation.

Consumer Rights (Consumer Protection Act, 2019)

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by these terms. You are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality, goods that match their description, redress for defective or unsafe products, and protection against unfair trade practices. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under Indian consumer protection law.

FSSAI Compliance

Pure Leven sells food products and operates in compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations. FSSAI registration is in progress. All products are sourced from verified farming communities in Kerala.

Intellectual Property

All content on pureleven.com — including text, images, branding, and product descriptions — is the property of Pure Leven. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Pure Leven's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India. Disputes may also be resolved through the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or applicable State Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
