What Data We Collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store card details). We also collect browsing data via Shopify's built-in analytics to understand how customers use the store.
Why We Collect It
We use your data to: process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and tracking updates, respond to queries and support requests, and improve the shopping experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
Data Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian GST law. Customer account data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time — legal retention obligations for transaction records take precedence.
Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: access personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, withdraw consent for processing, and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of incapacity or death.
